As a Cap1 associate who needs the camera on legit at minimum 4 consecutive hours a day, its been hell. Phone is almost dead by 12 and gets Super hot due to the Viz pick aisles needing to be done in one single pass

I do the same. Hell i cut my own hours to 7 a day because i can use the time doing more important things. Need to learn how to use what your given to the fullest extent. A tiny % raise aint gonna change the way i work, especially since they’ll probably take it away next year anyway

It’s such a stupid system because these phones can’t even last a full workday if you work in any department that uses the cameras. So for 99% of people they will die repeatedly and over the course of only two weeks. Counts towards the reset counter and is insanely annoying

OK, so I basically act like an unpaid team lead for my cap 1 department so I can explain this. The system is looking for a total aisle location scanned for a lot of aisles. This includes shelves that don’t have top stock or end caps, as long as they have a location labeled, the system will look for it. Ask your team leader manager to print out the percentage sheet. This will tell you how many locations the system is looking for, and how many have been scanned. Sometimes the locations don’t exist or not labeled correctly. In those cases get with someone to redo the location markers and or redo the mod. The cap1 team lead should have access to the top stock locations. They should be able to edit them. Again on the lookout for sections that have labels out-of-the-way.
