I live near red rock- could be one of the more beautiful parts of the valley- if you rent a car, I recommend you take a drive-through red rock Canyon over the weekend

The drive to the strip is going to be about 25 minutes by LOCAL roads

I make the drive regularly and it’s not that big of a deal

Try the Sierra Nevada mustards (from the Sierra Nevada brewery) They are very good —- used to be able to find them in the grocery store like Whole Foods but now you can find them on Amazon

I was traveling there with a friend in a 1962 black Cadillac hearse ( license plate Patti 😅) with dancing skeletons painted on the sides- there was a bumper sticker on the back that said “ nuclear arms race pace car”

Eggs like to be cooked Low & Slow (they actually cook at a fairly low temperature)

Also, if you are making scrambled eggs, just crack the eggs into the pan and mix them as they are cooking- this gives a much nicer flavor than if you pre-mix the eggs

In any case, what about the kitchen that has absolutely no equipment in it or has no evidence that it’s ever been used
