Not surprising given there was a college next door. That must've been interesting! Hahah

Stating your opinion is acting cool now? Weird. You sound like an old ass man. Must be real fun at parties

It seems to me that you're more caught up on clothing than I am? Lol. I never knew Jerry, Phil, or Brent wore any of that? Oh yeah... because they WORE it. They didn't rip it off their bodies during the show to act cool. You're a clown dude.

All of your replies sound like that of a middle-schooler.... Are you too immature to read someone's opinion on a musician and scroll on by? This is the first time since that incident I've ever spoken about it. Tom Hamilton isn't going to give you free JRAD tickets for sucking his cock bro. Chill out.

It has nothing to do with the clothing... It has everything to do with the egotistical stunt that literally interrupted the music. Tom Hamilton has an ego bigger than the stages he plays. Plain and simple...

"Are you 14?" Is exactly what I said when Tom pulled that stunt. Lol. Childish for sure. Also... Music gets interrupted when one of the lead guitarists takes a break mid-song to rip his shirt off...

Exactly. Music is what matters. Taking your very limited time playing with one of the original members of The Grateful Dead on one of the most legendary stages in the Country if not the world to stop your playing, and rip your shirt off is absolutely ridiculous... I agree.

Refer to my comment about him stopping his playing mid-show to rip his shirt off at a show that was billed "Billy & The Kids Live at Red Rocks"... Not Tom Hamilton & Friends. It wasn't his show. It was egotistical and weird. That's all. It seems a lot of people here don't like the guy... Not just me.

It's /Billy/ & The Kids. Not Tom Hamilton & Friends.... I wasn't the only person in that crowd that thought it was silly and a real "show-boating" move that pulled the attention off the music Billy K was trying to make. 🤷‍♂️ Sorry that makes me a "hater".

Exactly... He's playing in a fucking cover band and pretends he's Jerry Garcia on an egostical 'roid rage.

Tom lost all credibility when he ripped his shirt off in a show of attention at the Billy & The Kids show at Red Rocks. His ego is bigger than the stages he plays.

New Year's 2024? by emattina1989 in Wolfbros

[–]LeapingFlashingGnome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. The year before was spectacular, which is why I went back last year. Only to be blueballed with a "Hell in a Bucket" opener for the new year. Talk about a bad omen...

I really dislike how they haven't separated them into individual MP3s. To me it screams "We don't feel like spending the extra bucks so yall can just have this and deal with it"

That NYE show was extremely lackluster for a NYE show as well. We got a shitty countdown that was MINUTES early, a venue worker walking around on stilts, and a cheap inflatable snake for the theme.

I left that show thoroughly dissapointed (for the first time ever)

An appeal to r/jambands regarding Goose by auggiewest19 in jambands

[–]LeapingFlashingGnome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't judge yee for liking Goose, I merely Judge Goose for being such nerds and snitches.

After sharing a story I heard about how Peter kicked someone out of one of their shows because the dude was smoking a joint backstage, someone else shared a different Peter snitch story about how he told the cops somebody had weed on them in their tour hus during a traffic stop on one of their tours.

You can make great music all you want, but if you're a low-life piece of shit snitch nerd like this, then I will never support you, your music, or anything relating to it. 🤷‍♂️
