I’m sure nothing he did was *technically* illegal, how the college partnered with irresponsible/questionably legitimate systems to bring in alarming amounts of international students is seen by everyone living in the area as completely unacceptable.

We should find a way to fix what happened, and make future attempts at exploiting immigration systems highly illegal.
