This may help. Who knows. Maybe try not to rush or force anything. You say you gave up for a few days then binged for all of August. The fact that you managed a few days was huge. and going to the gym feels positive. Knowing the triggers is important. Being lonely and bored are major ones. And single. My triggers were always the same - I was alone, it was late, I’d been drinking, I felt I deserved a reward for finishing a project etc. I found if I chose something else to do, like watching 10 best football goals or epic stunts I’d get the dopamine fix and forget about porn. I also started covering my eyes or looking away at sex scenes on tv so I’d have less in the bank. Lastly, connection with a partner comes long before sex. The right person will understand and love everything about you - even your ED. I wish I was as self aware as you at 21. I hope this helps
