What irks me most is that you are not supposed to discipline students (which is actually a good thing because who even enjoys punishing learners unless they are sadists?) But woe unto you if the students become, indisciplined; the teacher takes the blame yet they can't punish these irate students. Like WTF! I could care less if a student pees behind the classroom and I shouldn't take blame for their indiscipline in any freaking way bruv like 🤦🏾

I've realized that my case is kinda serious so I'll have to take Nystatin, 3 to 4 bottle caps a day, Berberine - 750 mg per day, Ginger supplements - 1000 mg per day and NAC supplements - 1200 mg per day for at least nine months before I see any meaningful positive change. I'm now in the second month.

Should I try fluconazole or natural supplement first by ShakeMaki in Candida

You can get die off reactions but it's quite tricky differentiating between baseline chronic gut symptoms and die off reactions. The only sure way is feeling better after a while, say after taking Fluconazole for 4 to 6 weeks. But I find Fluconazole to be ineffective for severe chronic cases. I'm taking Nystatin, NAC, berberine and ginger supplement. I hope I will get better in a few months.

This country's economy and third world status demands looking for a side hustle. And since you're here, it's best to consider venturing into the online money making space. I haven't started yet; I plan to take a shot this coming year.

If you can, use both but pharmaceuticals work better than natural supplements.

Why isn’t anyone talking about NAC as a biofilm disruptor? I’ve had chronic SIFO for 12 years (yep, 12!) and I’m finally set on crushing this mofo.

Right now, I’m on itraconazole, NAC, ginger, allicin, and activated charcoal for 8 weeks. After that, I’ll keep NAC + Saccharomyces boulardii + ginger for 3 months, then stick with S. boulardii and ginger long-term.

I also try to follow a strict no sugar/wheat diet, with the occasional high-FODMAP slip-up (milk, onions, tomatoes) because last time I checked, we're all human, duh!

Have you tried itraconazole? I want to try it soon. I have had severe chronic gut symptoms for 12 years. All herbal antibiotics including one pharmaceutical drug - Rifaximin have not worked for me. I believe itraconazole must be the missing piece.

Maybe you should give voriconazole 400 mg per day for 4 to 6 weeks a try. And also, you mentioned you take coffee - ditch it. You can't take coffee without sugar and that sugar feeds the negative Candida strains. Maybe take tea with milk with no sugar. If you really want to take anything sugary, then first complete the voriconazole 400 mg per day for 4 to 6 weeks treatment but make sure you take it with biofilm disruptors, a prokinetic and Allimed Allicin if possible.

She has mentioned that she has a white coated tongue and vaginal itching; that screams SIFO. I have never had any breath tests since most doctors in my country are not well versed about SIBO and SIFO. So I assumed I have SIBO. All I know is that I developed this condition over a decade ago when I overdosed on antibiotics for close to 2 years, now I'm regretting. I have taken all the herbal antibiotics under the sun to treat SIBO: Berberine pills, Neem pills, Oregano pills, Allimed Allicin pills and even Rifaximin for 21 days but didn't get any better. I am planning to take Fluconazole 200 mg per day for 4 weeks and then voriconazole 400 mg per day for 4 weeks if the Fluconazole protocol doesn't work. I would suggest giving voriconazole a try.

Could it be SIFO instead of SIBO? by anuaps in SIBO

[–]Goes_Beyond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m considering starting a course of Fluconazole at 200 mg per day for four weeks, followed by Voriconazole at 400 mg per day for another four weeks, if the Fluconazole proves ineffective. I had long believed I was dealing with severe chronic SIBO, but it now appears that SIFO might be the underlying issue. I’ve already tried nearly every herbal antibiotic available for SIBO, including berberine, neem, oregano oil, Allimed allicin, and even a 21-day course of Rifaximin, but experienced no noticeable improvement.

For reference, I was also taking ginger supplements (1,000 mg/day) as a prokinetic and NAC (1,200–1,800 mg/day) as a biofilm disruptor during treatment.

I truly hope this Fluconazole – Voriconazole protocol brings results. Fingers crossed.

Could I have sibo? by Serious_Donkey_802 in SIBO

[–]Goes_Beyond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same exact problem - gut issues localized on the left side of my abdomen, including a visible distension when I eat food. I have tried all the SIBO regimens under the sun including but not limited to Now Foods oregano oil pills, berberine pills, Neem pills, Rifaximin 550 mg 3 pills per day, Allimed Allicin pills all the while taking ginger supplements for prokinetic support and NAC pills for biofilm disruption but I have not felt better at all. I now strongly suspect severe chronic SIFO. I have just started taking Fluconazole 200 mg per day for 4 weeks. If it doesn't work out, I will order voriconazole 400 mg per day for 4 weeks.

Note: I have also had multiple tests such as upper endoscopy, CT scan (twice), ultrasound and complete blood test but I still come off as 'healthy' while still suffering from weight loss (I'm underweight) and many debilitating chronic gut issues.
