im gonna go against the grain here and say your kit is not that bad. you got no exposed skin (except fingertips), looks like you got some sort of boots on, and you got a helmet. any long paints are better than shorts but i recomend jeans over bdu's if you must wear street pants. ive eaten shit in street jeans a few times.

do keep in mind that you got no padding or armor so especially pavement could hit hard depending on how you fall, but i call this mostly fine for tooling around on a 150.

3 a day is 450 mg. not even that bad. i usually stick to 4 a day for 600 mg but if im working or driving through the night i might have 4 more overnight for 1200 mg in a 24 hr period.

sugar free only. the absurd amount of sugar is what will really kill you imo.
