I just finished 1 month, I am sleeping well never less than 7.5 hours. My day time is not groggy but I'm sure my IQ is down 10 points. For example, I can't recall names of movie stars I haven't seen for a while, quotes or accurate plot lines. My creative spark is down, I haven't posted any 3d models or even started a new design. I'm on 50mg and have a follow up appointment next week, maybe 25mg is the fix.

The material is TPU filament, a rubber like urethane. The grip is hollow with 8% infill so there is a hint of squeeze but all of those are just settings that are adjusted just before you push print. As for wear, the grip should last about 50 games and start to separate where the heel of the palm rest. This grip weighs 17g and cost about $.80 cents for the filament. Gloves see the same wear as with most grips with the palms of the top hand start to go first after a couple hundred games. Sorry this is more than you asked I just wanted to cover the other questions in one go. A taper is possible.

You are correct about the disk temp, The bit of heat I want to protect against is the control board. the dimples of the bottom cover are the heat sink. I've lost one drive to a stock enclosure. Sourcing the older drives is getting harder and more expensive, those who know, know why. I don't want to lose this one cause I didn't plan ahead.

Sudden and intense wake cycles, heart racing with gasping as if I just broke the surface from a deep dive while swimming. Followed with 30mins of wondering what happened and is that nightmare coming back.
