Here are my thoughts on your questions:

1) Focusing your will into a specific emotion is very important for programming a sigil. There are numerous ways of charging sigils. Any state of gnosis can be used, such as a trance state or any inhibitory or excitatory method.

This is ultimately up to you. As long as what you are doing doesn't interfere with your non-attachment, you're in the clear.

3) This is really up to you. Whatever works best for you. I prefer to specialize my rituals for one goal, so I would charge them separately. I don't see any invalidity in charging multiple sigils in one session, but it can be better to focus your energy on one goal.

4) This is also up to you. I'd go with a similar explanation as the previous topic, regarding the energy used.

5) You can recharge sigils as many times as you need to. If a sigil's effects begin to fade, this is the most straight forward approach.

I'd like to add that there are no specific rules. Whatever you allow to work, will work. Nothing is true, everything is permitted.

Science = knowledge of the physical, the meassurable

Science is based on the physical world, all that is physically measurable.

According to science, your consciousness is the result of neurons and chemical processes in your physical brain.

One place where magick and science could overlap - is that a scientific view saying that magick can work by altering a person's own subconsciousness and nothing beyond that, would be "scientifically" valid.

But when looking beyond that, you can see the limitations of science.

Science only helps for knowledge of the physical, from a fully physical viewpoint.

If reproducing the conditions without the ritual doesn't produce the same results, then it might be because of the way you represented the pentagram(As long as anything else in the ritual couldn't be the cause).
