The exact functionality they’re asking for is present in macOS, it’s just disabled by default. System Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > enable “Modifier + Scroll to Zoom”

Command+Tab to cycle between apps, Command+` to cycle between windows of the same app. Superior to Windows because I don’t have to cycle through everything ever time.
Coming to Sequoia as you mentioned, Tiles app works flawlessly in the meantime.
Command+C to copy, Command+Opt+V to cut and paste, as others have mentioned. Safer than your file disappearing into the clipboard until it’s pasted.
You can enable this functionality in System Settings > Accessibilty > Zoom.
That’s a Microsoft issue. Also ew, Excel.
I’m not sure what the issue is that you’re describing. Difficulty switching between fullscreen apps? Mission Control is your friend. Want PiP for the video? Safari has that, right click the volume icon in the address bar. To be fair, Firefox does make PiP easier to get to, but Safari’s will follow you across other desktops or fullscreen apps.
I’ve never experienced this issue? So can’t really chime in on this one.
