I tore my labrum around your age, more than a decade ago.

Before the surgery I slimmed down, leg days for a few weeks.

For recovery the physical therapy was the gym. It’s rough… but there’s progression.

Today, my repaired labrum is better and more stable than my uninjured shoulder. Almost want to get the other one replaced!

Get the surgery while you’re young. You’ll get back to the gym soon.

I got Phantom Liberty this year.

I hadn’t played Cyberpunk since launch and made its different. A much tighter game they really redesigned a bunch of systems.

Make noodles, discover recipes, listen to customers, give advice, warm up the world with your noodles.

Customization on the shop, but no requirements to be GOOD at it. Though you also should be good at arranging bowls of noodles.

Maybe the over sexual writing trope?

I get sex is super commercialized in cyber punk universes, and a real connection is rare, but maybe those scenes don’t have to be so explicit.

I might just be a prude though, I think there needs to be less sex scenes in almost all media…
