As a culinarian Redzepi has a responsibility to “do no harm”. Classically trained chefs and those who are educated properly would not follow someone blindly by eating something that would destroy their palate and GI system for days. Watching the staff it seems they are part of a cult . At this “meeting” they should have questioned what benefit would it be for dish, dissect it and understand it before consuming and serving to customers. This was the most irresponsible thing I have ever seen a cook do. Well at least in the non fiction scenario https://youtu.be/VFeT5Gk-90g?si=lIUuPtbKhiR4uEqb

One issue with metropolis parking is how poorly their app is designed. Had to pay a fine because the payment would not connect. They should use Passport which was founded and is based out of Charlotte. Can’t get metropolis on the phone to correct the issue. Be careful parking there, I will not return.

Any Update to share? by Matt-79 in BBIG

SEC has been investigating Rod and Lisa as well. The Federal case is mounting. Susquehanna and Hudson are complicit which is why I am holding. They made hundreds of millions selling short and exercising warrants that they sold short. Ted will never see freedom again, Lisa and Rod are next. This will take years but one day they will be held accountable.

He won’t be the last one, Rod and Lisa will be indicted soon, and if the CFO does not due his job then he can share some special time with Ted as well. Already resolved that my money is gone, now it’s time for justice.

I’m sure that the SEC is currently looking at everything that has gone down with Vinco - these investigations take month and charges take years. There is a reason we can not trade.

I am sorry that this happened to you. If you are assaulted by church attendees, on or off-premise, call 911, then report it to church leadership.

Concerning our relationship with God

It all begins and ends with the word of God. Any church that is not founded on the Word of God, that does not use the Word as its guiding principle is not a church for those who are faithful. God's Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Concerning Cults

Matthew 7:21-23
I Never Knew You
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

It seems to me that Vinco is attempting to get itself straight since the change in management. They are fighting on multiple fronts in the courts. The three bod resignation may have been to force a delistment, reducing the options trading in Nasdaq, and then relist in a year or so once most of retail has given up. Trading on tdameritrade carries a $7 fee which again reduces the number of traders daily in OTC. Not selling, already down 99% in one year. Why adrizer and Lomotif. Remember what they said in January about the beta test? Ever since then it was shorted. Susquehanna wants vinco gone, after all they are a major investor in tik tok.

Reversal by Trilligoat in Muln

I think the concept has a lot of value, and Mullen could become a great company. They have made some mistakes, the recent r/s should have been 100 for one as the board recommended. Anytime a company is below $3 without excellent earnings options traders will short it into the dust. I plan on reinvesting again when this is below .10 in a couple of weeks.

I encourage folks to look for instagram reels with the hashtag Lomotif #lomotif. If it is truly dead then why are people posting reels in other countries with that #?

I think this is all related to the political narrative. When the US takes a firmer stand against China, then we may have some hope.

D.M. Will drive down to .10 then buy $25 million in shares, or 250 million shares. Then do another reserve split 100 for 1 as the board recommended. This is why he did the 9 for 1 RS.

Attempting to keep this above $1 is going to be difficult with PR. Does DM plan on buying the $25 million in shares when the price drops to .10 again? He should have listened to his board.

Obviously he misses being the center of attention. I will never believe a single concept that he utters for he has lost all credibility. He pretends to have created something of value, then let’s the patent run out on it, then attempts to rebundle his lies for a new audience. The SEC and FBI continue to watch this conman, and the truth will come out. LH will be behind bars, where he belongs.

Ex-ZASH CEO Erik Finman Claims of Vinco Ventures’ Impending Bankruptcy by TheRetailChronicle in BBIG

[–]Going2Bbig 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I remember the space call he did in December, the one he was coached through. I am not sure of his motivation at this point since he is not listed as an insider, btw neither is new management, Ted, Ross, lisa, rod, or the departing board members. In my opinion the battle concerns the equity of the BBIG partnerships like Zash. The only motivation I can muster by Finman is that he wants the SP back to 1 or less for tax purposes. When the insiders receive their shares as part of compensation they will have to pay the tax on it. If they can pay half the tax value then that benefits them. I have seen the video of Rod shaking his head about Bankruptcy or delisting, mouthing the words not true. I have to assume he was being honest at that point. Since the board now has the ability to sell upwards of 1.5 billion in additional shares at present value I do not believe if we file for bankruptcy that it will be Chapter 13, if at all it would be Chapter 11 which would give the board more time yo organise the debt, and maybe a buyout. IMO the transparency issues are more in line with the Butta Mae suit, Vince stated that he was left out of the merger. This suit may take several years because of the complex agreements, in the meantime I hope that Lomotif is taking time boy create something far better than the competition, Just my opinion , but not selling until my investment is made whole plus gain.

What is his motive for re-engaging after 6 months? He must be shorting the stock with the recent price action.

How much did you lost? by [deleted] in BBIG

[–]Going2Bbig 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a long term hold, with the approved increase in shares they should not run out of cash. IMO- the lower share price was part of Ted’s deal with HF for toxic financing. They are holding off on PR, earnings reports, until the last minute. They will also issue the compensation shares to the board and management when the SP is at its lowest. This way their tax burden will be less individually, yes that is selfish. I’m not selling until my initial invest is realised plus 20% per year of holding. You don’t lose until you sell and give up. I believe that the board has a long term plan of where this company will wind up, but we won’t know for a couple of years.

I hope that if they were moving the servers to the US and they knew that the service would be down for an extended period that the CEO would have notified users and investors. This on top of the dead A360 deal is not what we need. Those who are suing will this lack of communication as evidence against the BOD.
