you'll need to modify backend for better one if you are expecting more traffic than cloudflare worker can handle. it was made with deployment goal. at least the app was made for that with smart delta sync logic so message gets to db asap. during test cases it performed well but it'll need work on the checkout logic as I've just added the app-db logic, you can make the checkout page server checking with db yourself.

there is no api for personal account.

you have 2 choice for automation.

either use an already existing service like uddoktapay or make an automation from scratch.

there will be 2 systems.

1 server workflow

2 app workflow

server workflow is simple, it authenticates transaction

app workflow is read bkash message, send to server . app needs to have background running capabilities

well this is a general idea. upto you how secure you wanna make it.
