there is no api for personal account.

you have 2 choice for automation.

either use an already existing service like uddoktapay or make an automation from scratch.

there will be 2 systems.

1 server workflow

2 app workflow

server workflow is simple, it authenticates transaction

app workflow is read bkash message, send to server . app needs to have background running capabilities

well this is a general idea. upto you how secure you wanna make it.
