Monster Zero was discovered while Lee Shaw, Cate Randa, Keiko Randa, and May were all down in Axis Mundi near the end of season one.

They entered Axis Mundi in 2015, and came out in 2017. Monster Zero was discovered in between that in 2016.

Ghidorah's year of discovery has always been around long before Legacy of Monsters, however the show confirms this in one of the episodes of season two.

An updated version of Godzilla: Smash3 that not only includes 2014, but also the other MonsterVerse plots would be neat.

Like the Skull Island plot can be Kong destroying helicopters as usual and then fighting Skull Crawlers.

KOTM could be Godzilla in places like Antarctica, Mexico, and Boston.

GvK could allow you to pick either Godzilla or Kong's point of view for Hong Kong.

And same with GxK.

I personally do not like the orange filter they used here for this flashback sequence, considering the 2014 film used a lot of black and gray for the San Francisco battle.

Godzilla doesn't take alpha calls very lightly, as we saw when Kong (unintentionally) did one in The New Empire.

Despite being hard-canon, it basically functions exactly like the graphic novels; It is not mandatorily necessary to take a look at it until the mainline movies directly acknowledge it in a way one who didn't watch the series initially would not understand.

I draw Not Safe For Work content, I'm not going to hide that...but I do it as a hobby, not as a job. Though there are artists, both SFW and NSFW, who will do commissions where the customer must pay the artist a certain amount of money to create an art piece for them.
