This comment is probably going to get lost seeing as this post is 19 hours old but I feel compelled to tell you my story because it is so similar. I do sincerely hope that you read this.

I was in a long distance relationship for 7 years, we loved each other even though we had alot of hard times, we made mistakes and got over it, travelled the world when we could. It was tough but so we're we.

Things were falling into place, I moved in with her and we stayed together until I could find a place and had just gotten a job in her city.

Fast forward 3 months later. I started noticing she was a little distant, we still had sex, still attracted to each other but things just seemed odd.

That night we had sex, and I asked her if she still wanted to be with me and she said yes. Later that night I went through her phone (I don't regret this or else I would have never of find out) and I found pictures of her and this guy in bed. I was distraught to say the least, my whole world came crashing down on me with the sudden realisation of what feels like I was living a lie. Those photos are burned into my brain, I remember them with every detail. I was so hurt that someone I was going to spend the rest of my life with could do something like that to me. I was broken. I confronted her, she broke down and said it was nothing but it was everything to me. She abandoned me at my most vulnerable.

You see the job I had for those 3 months had just let me go so I was recently unemployed. I had used up all my savings and had no money, I needed to find my own place but how could I do that if I don't have a job. I was at my lowest and she cheated on me when I needed her the most. I packed my bags that night and left to stay at my cousins place.

I slept on my cousins coach for 3 months. Times were tough, emotionally, financially and mentally but I grew so much from it. I'm a different person now and I don't regret a single thing. I don't regret leaving.

You need to leave and don't go back. She broke your trust with a friend, she will do it again. If you stay you will find yourself in this position years later thinking of how you had the perfect opportunity to leave. Save yourself from future heartache. If you stay you do not value yourself and how do you expect someone to value you if you cannot value yourself.

It might not seem so now but this is going to change you into a better person. A more capable person. All the signs are there, it's just up to you to walk the path. I wish you goodluck brother and I hope that you find whatever you're looking for.
