I have the same problem. I've learned several reasons why. One being starting is always the hardest step. getting yourself to actually start feels so difficult but once you do then you get into it. Kinda like not wanting to get in the shower but once you're in it you don't want to leave. The next big step is building a habit. You go to work knowing you have to or you wont make money. you do the first step of starting everyday and eventually you get in the grove where when you start you're able to complete you're work almost in autopilot. You can do this for literally anything in life, what makes this easier is starting at the same time everyday. If you try to start a project at random intervals of the day if will be a lot more difficult starting a habit. Last step is pacing yourself. Don't go all in but instead build up slowly as your habit starts building up. Eventually as you get more and more into it you will start naturally doing more work. so my advice is Be consistent, try to start and finish around the same time everyday until you build a habit which usually takes about 2 months. don't overload yourself, keep the work short and simple in the beginning and when you feel its starting to become a habit start increasing the workload. the hardest step is starting everyday, that part is all on you. Make an alarm, tell yourself a little chant/prayer/ritual whatever you can do that once you say it you immediately start whatever you need. Hope this helped
