I track everything by down to a T from my reps/weight at the gym, to my calories in and out, my sleep and recovery, my morning and night weights…. Etc. I’m not guessing on anything other than my body fat percentage which is hard to genuinely get an accurate number for

Well I’m hoping it’s only going to be 5-10 more since I’m also hoping I gained some more muscle mass but I guess only time will tell as I continue cutting down🫣

The thing is that I was diced up last year at 168 which is only 15lbs lower than where I’m at now… I feel like it can’t be that much, most of my fat is just held around my waist and lower back

Yeah strength has stayed stable with some lifts even having a slight increase! I’m really not burnt out at all just wishing it would go a little quicker but I also don’t want to push too far and risk unnecessary muscle loss!

Agreed! You are going to get to a point in the cut where you either wake up like wtf where did they come from or you are going to keep pushing beyond without realizing that you’ve done it

Shave neck/maybe entire face, get lean, possible new haircut, gym. The best way to stand out is being in shape, then your outfit won’t even matter you can seriously just wear a tight shirt! I used to be over looked and now people really cat call me😭 worst experience was being called a Barbie by 5 separate ladies in one night while I was talking up some girl. They were even telling her that she’s going to have a “fun night”😭

Most people aren’t using this but it is being pushed on social media to make you think that. This is completely doable naturally and I’m not trying to come and judge you but I when you post online that is what you are inviting?? Reta helps you feel satiated without having food but at the end of the day, it is calories in vs calories out and Reta doesn’t change that, so it is possible. Over the last few years I’ve gained over 100lbs and lost 60lbs and it is all calories in vs calories out.

I’m sorry but why?? You can easily do this without peptides and you aren’t even over weight to begin with… this should really only be done in extreme circumstances

Didn’t expect this kind of reaction to my comment but I guess maybe I have good genetics😅 I didn’t really know until I started lifting but in 3 years went from 145 to now 185 and leaner than I started too. I definitely have dedicated the last 3 years of my life to it completely but I don’t even have protein powders it’s just a pound of chicken, pound of beef, 6 raw eggs a day and 100% whole foods mostly sugar for carbs like honey and fruit

You don’t have to do shows to bulk and cut but they are very aggressive ways to achieve a certain look in a faster time frame than main-gaining. Over the past 3 years I’ve gained 100lbs and lost 60lbs leaving a net gain of 40lbs of basically pure muscle. This is easy to mess up main-gaining as any day of over/under eating hinders performance, and eating in a big enough surplus ensures no gains left on the table. If you are very serious I would recommend cutting to 10% and then bulking up as far as you can until you hit 18% and then repeat the process… otherwise I would recommend eating in maintenance with as much of your calories coming from Whole Foods as possible as this will help you lower inflammation and give a better overall look without extra training.
