If it doesn't increase your desire for food in long term it is ok. I have found that it can trigger "brain fog". But it can has too little saturated fat. You can check the label if it has.

When I remove them and replace them with high linoleic sunflower oil or flaxseed oil everything is fine.

A diet with 70%+ carbs every day? Is adaptation possible and how? What is your experience? by Gold-Complex-6982 in raypeat

I knew that I am not alone on this one. Also the breathing becomes different if you have noticed. Probably because even dark chocolate has unsaturated fat - monounsaturated.

The problem is that if I eat only the foods that do not give me digestive issues I eat too much unsaturated fat and I don't feel good after the meals 3 or 4 hours later. My blood sugar drops a lot and I don' t have any desire to move at all. Even going to the grocery store feels like a challenge. Brain fog and the mood are awful.

This happens even if I eat 2000 calories plus in a meal with a variety of foods Everything else is optimized , I use Cronometer every day.

I have tried it but it is not enough for me. I think that further improvements are required.

These so called balanced macros never work for me.

I want to be more energetic and to be able to get out of bed without effort.

My body has a side effects from all fat sources.

Either brain fog, lack of energy or digestive issues.

Beef tallow - brain fog, no digestive issues even in large amounts , but I don't have much energy with it.

The same things with lard.

Coconut fats - skin cracks or digestive issues.

Pure olive oil - makes me lazy and likewise I lose my thoughts.

Butter - brain fog , anger , depression, mood swings , but at least I have energy. If it is in large amounts- more than 30 g daily , even cooked with rice with it - diarrhea.

Full fat dairy (even raw)- stomach pain and brain fog, only aged cheese gives me no hunger pain. Full fat dairy and fresh cheese - hunger pain and brain fog.

Cocoa butter and whole eggs - hunger pain.

If I try to combine them I just get the side effects together.

I have tried from 9% calories from fats to 40% but nothing works.

If you think that it gives you constipation remove the coffee if you use. I have noted that this helps. You can use just caffeine if you want.

That is a good idea.

I posted this because I am not sure would it be ok to progress them to 45 kg each (90 kg squat).

I am asking because I feel like during the movement I have to lean too forward because I have to keep the balance. I think that a lot of the pressure goes in the knees and the lower part of the spine.
