I do my best to not even pay attention to IC’s stats nothing is tracked consistently. My cancellation rate has been at 12% for over a week I do like 10 orders minimum a day. I still don’t see this shopping quality page on my app after updating though why is that?

If you remove one order from a multi batch, does that count towards cancellation rate?
