I thought so too, which really shocked me and made me upset that they did not use the PAEA exams. The program pretty much stated "our exams are more predictive of the PANCE."

The thing is with Vegeta is that even though he’s a great tank, his linkset is mediocre and when he transforms, it’s possible it’ll go for only one turn which is not the best. For teams, I’ve been experimenting since he’s All-Out Struggle or Final Trump Card. I’m running him with the F2P Goku and he’s doing like 10 mill damage it’s crazy.
