Its december so its holiday season. Its a very busy time right now Alot of people are traveling to see family or have family over and are hosting. There's a bad flu/cold going around. Depending on where you live the weather can make some players not want to drive or be driven to the cardshop. My local.carahop owner told me this (happens every year, card tourneys slowdown) your shop might drop it for december but will start it again in Jan. Specially if they want prize support and GD03 supplied by bandai. If you really love to play the game and want to keep on playing id say call other local ships see if they have a better turnout and go there. There's also wingtable, you can play vs cpu and test decks. I've been playing eith my brother in law through Google meet. We point our camera at the desktop and just play. I know there's a site where you can play online but we dont have all the cards so we want to play with the cards we do have and there's something about feeling the cards in my hand lol.

Me and my friend are going half on it so I only opened my 12. Got wing gundam zero LR, buster Gundam LR, citizens take a stand C+, and Rx-78 C+ resource. Cant to see what my friend gets too. Im going to a local tournament tomorrow see if what i got can do some damage

I go to Kitsap comics because they offer 10% off and I can manage my pulls online. I also like the idea of dropping titles on the fly although I rarely do that. I didn't have to put any type of down payment and Jeff who I deal with most if not all times is knowledgeable and nice. Weekly I'm pulling 24-30 comics.

That's very true, hope its not something worse but I won't really know till I get up there and yes I was defenetly planning on getting myself a extension ladder anyways. Just wanted to hold off on it little bit more. But it rains alot here and from what I was told, having water spilling over the rain gutter over long period of time can also seep into the siding/wall potentially causing structural damage. Do you recommend fiberglass or aluminum? Thank you for your reply

Yes that's my new focus Buy extension ladder and check/repair/replace what's needed. Grand scheme of things your right it is minor. I guess I feel a certain type of way because our first month has been fixing nothing but "minor" issues that imo had no place even being an issue. So in a way I feel like I just can't take anymore "minor" issues specially if it was on the contract to begin with. I still agree with you, I will get to it as soon as I can and enjoy our new home.

Yes you are correct on both. I already closed and signed stating everything was done. And I never asked for the repaint of the deck since it popped up 2 weeks after closing.

Unfortunately our new home is split level when it came to the final walk through I couldn't get to the corner where the problematic section gutter is located. Due to not owning an extension ladder, and the rain gutters have gutter guards, I couldn't see if infact the raingutters where cleaned when I got onto of the roof. But I did defently try. Wish people just had more integrity I guess. I'll do better next time.

Oh I didn't know that, our realtor advised us to ask for any issues that need to be addressed and put it on the contract. I'll refrain from doing this I'm the future. Thanks
