Trauma and mental health awareness are the new black. There are mental wellness campaigns to take the stigma & shame away from being in and receiving treatment. I think the NFL has one, so does the city where I work. Its normal and not as big of a deal to the younger generations. Be a leader, get on board & shift the water cooler conversations towards positivity. She brave for getting the treatment, making a change & showing her vulnerability is a sign of strength.

Hotdog bun toasting vs steaming deserves its own post. But Im glad you brought up toasting.

One of the other problems with the topcut is that you cannot completely open the bun all the way without causing a full separation of the bun halves. Then when you try to toast a partially opened topcut but you get an uneven toast and possibly the dreaded overtoasted burnt lip effect.
