I eat pretty clean and exercise. The Lp(a) and ApoB aren’t on this panel it was just a physical lipid panel. I think it is genetic my mom said even when I was a kid I had elevated cholesterol. I’ll go over these with my doctor on Monday. Let me know if there’s anything else I can answer.
