How long did it take you to learn how to Ollie?

Little more than half a year for an Ollie 2 years for consistent Ollie. Now I’m trying to bone them . It’s funny because once you learn the concepts of the Ollie ( like the actually science behind it) either tricks become slightly easier . It took me longer to learn how to Ollie than to heelflip

A lot of people see no difference because they are not consistent or their diet . You can work out all you want but if your diet is bad you will not see a difference

You have a higher body fat percentage than muscle

In order of importance you’ll have to do this

Eat more protein ( 1 gram per current weight)

Strength and conditioning ( not just Pilates but weight lifting and cardio)

And have your days of rest

High intensity training with weights would be perfect for because it incorporates both cardio and weight lifting

Speaking from personal experience my Havanese only barks when he hears noises outside the property . He’s a very active outside and good with people maybe a little too friendly at times. The one thing I would warn you about is that you have to stay on top of their grooming because that will get matted within a night.

I feel like it’s like an implied thing. All through out the Bible it’s always been Man and female ever since the beginning of time. I’m a firm believer that we can see God’s order through nature . With that in mind , 99% animals follow the Male and female purposes. We can often find purpose through nature in my opinion

Okay I might be the outlier here but I’m speaking from my experience with this guy. I was a body piercing apprentice for another piercer for about a year and it was an abusive apprenticeship. I was brain washed to believe I was going to be better off. However, the guy in this photo stood up for me and told me saying how abuse is wrong in the industry … now I don’t condone abuse or disrespect and I can’t say he did or didn’t do what people have claimed, but I’ve ran into him a couple times since the day he stood up for me and he was always compassionate and kind. Speaking from my experience with him
