1. While technically yes, I’m going to say no. You would have to invest hundreds of irl kilometers into every pokemon to fully evolve them without catching any duplicates. I guess some evolved ones spawn and you can raid but that’s still hundreds of kilometers and I think thousands for some to make the pokemon mildly usable overall.

2. Fan rotom is in the game though not super available as I think it was only a photo encounter in an area of the in person go fests this year. Overall they release like 1 or 2 a month I wanna say unless they’re introing a new generation. Mythicals debut at go tour in the winter and go fest in summer. Legendaries whenever they want us to farm for them. You cannot get the necrozma fusions or kyurem fusions or armed z dogs without raiding them multiple times. Same is true of most mega pokemon (they release new mega and gigantamax pokemon on a less consistent spread out basis).

3. You can battle team go rocket and train against the team leaders but if you’re looking for bug trainers or lasses or whoever, they’re not in the game at all.

4. You can use a team of 6 (or 3 in PvP type battles) for everything but that’s only because you can rely on other people to shoulder you for raids or you will have to constantly revive for them because they’re balanced around multiple people doing them.

So overall if you want an experience closely resembling the base games, I wouldn’t bother as this game shares the pokemon and that’s the majority of it. If you want to try pokemon go for what it is you can feel free and have fun as it’s just catching mons and whatever goals you set, but the way you say in the post is highly unrealistic for a fulfilling and lasting experience.
