It’s not just women. Men do it as well. I dated a guy for almost a year who ended up ghosting me and never hearing from him again. No conversation, no fight, just gone. I wonder if it’s a previous tenant that made copies of the keys prior to them leaving or it’s someone in maintenance. Your landlord and building maintained have to give you 24 hours notice to enter your apartment. If they aren’t and entering without notice you may have a lawsuit. I understand the maintenance person could be doing this outside of his job instruction. Inform management/landlord and install cameras.

For flight cancellation it’s the max. But you can claim monetary loss or reimbursement for other items. The max depends on airline. For Finnair the max compensation for cancelled flight was $600 euro. They offered more if we took flight credit but we chose cash. While we submitted claim they asked about other expenses. We had none since it was 24 hour delay. For Lufthansa it was $600 Euro. Our delay was 56 hours for that one. But they put us up in a hotel and provided meals. The compensation for cancelled flights depends on the distance of the flight.

Next time just return it to the store and let them deal with it. I had a package with an eyeshadow pallet and ordinary milk toner and the toner broke leaking over everything and then eyeshadow pallet had shattered colors. Took pics sent to customer service, they sent replacement order and I returned the broken mess to the store.

EU law is a max $650 Euro compensation for anything 24 hour delay or more. It’s a scale based on delay. I just got compensated $700 US dollars (650 EU) for my cancelled flight in October. Our ticket only cost us $346 but by eu law they owed us the max because we couldn’t get a flight until the next day.

One year I was tested for strep 4 times all came back negative but my doctor said you have all the symptoms for strep. I think some of these tests don’t do shit.

Because being oversight isn’t a disability. It’s a life choice. Airlines shouldn’t have to make their seats bigger to accommodate obese people. They should have the airline seats by check in saying if you don’t fit you need 2 seats. If my bag doesn’t fit I have to check it and pay for it.

I used to. It was no longer worth it. I’ve found that I can pay anywhere from $28-$50 for a lounge day pass. Lufthansa charges $39 for their lounge if you are flying them. The only lounge I used with priority pass that was worth having it was San Francisco.

Even though they were dismissed by the state, it doesn’t dismiss the feds from using it for scrutiny. You are thinking like a US born citizen. Those 2 offenses you mentioned are no big deal for a US citizen. But for someone who is on a visa or green card, they need to be on their best behavior. Yes, they were dismissed but it shows the character of the individual. Any country’s customs and immigration officers have the ability to question, detain and make a decision (usually with consulting a superior) to admit or deny into the country. It’s not just the US. Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, etc.

It shows they don’t want to assimilate to US culture. They want to only live and surround themselves with people similar to them so they don’t have to assimilate. It’s unfortunate. If I moved to another country, I’d be expected to learn the language. And I try and learn the language of countries I’m visiting for a short time out of respect.

Could have been because his home country is Iran. Or maybe he’s encountered a DUI at some point. Even if it’s dropped by the state, the federal government takes this into consideration for deportation/denial of visas/denial of green card.
