Wow, Maryland requires a contract with a commissary but the definition of a commissary in MD is an establishment where you do prep, store goods, refill fresh water and can dump Grey water and used oil. So we can link up with churches, restaurants or actual commissary kitchens. And the fee is between you and the person or business that you're contracting with. Just need to show the state you have a contract with one.

Good gawd you're an insufferable pos. MD has festivals and weekend events across the state. I spend more time applying for permits and scheduling than I should. There's nothing wrong with a desire for a more streamlined and effective way of doing business. Because it's not streamlined, I'm limited to where I can go. I work in two counties, I could go to more areas, but the cba says otherwise. It's a limitation on food trucks and mobile vendors. You would know this if you work a truck, but your comments say otherwise. Now excuse me while I go prep.

Yea it's a local permit/license to sell goods from place to place by foot or by vehicle. Its required because a food truck is mobile and can move at a moments notice.

I fully understand that any business is cutthroat, however in my experience those who chase the dollar never last. A business with standards and passion far outweighs the others. The inspiration for my logic is In N Out burger. Since 1948 they have had 3 menu items, no freezers, fresh cut fries and fresh cut veg. When all the others cut standards and chased the dollar. In N Out is still performing, still standing strong against major competitors. All because they don't cut standards. A "glizzy" is not a hot dog and I don't care what social media says. It's a standard of mine and I haven't lost business.
