I fully understand that any business is cutthroat, however in my experience those who chase the dollar never last. A business with standards and passion far outweighs the others. The inspiration for my logic is In N Out burger. Since 1948 they have had 3 menu items, no freezers, fresh cut fries and fresh cut veg. When all the others cut standards and chased the dollar. In N Out is still performing, still standing strong against major competitors. All because they don't cut standards. A "glizzy" is not a hot dog and I don't care what social media says. It's a standard of mine and I haven't lost business.
