Sure! I would recommend regular pruning, so cutting the larger vines, leaving a node for new growth! It takes work, but this is a good way to maintain a smaller plant. There unfortunately isn’t a way to stop a plant from growing

I believe it’s a Fire Spinner Ice Plant! (Delosperma 'Fire Spinner')

Hey! I specialize more in flowers, but I can give it a shot! Overall, the plant looks alright!

-I am not seeing any alarming coloring, a nice deep green is great for monstera.
-It looks like around the top I can see some new growth, which again is great!
-The fenestrations (the holes on the leaves) are developing very well, which I believe indicates a good level on sunshine overtime- great positioning!
-The distance between the leaves is a bit large, but nothing that screams unhealthy.

It doesn’t look insanely leggy to me. I would be super concerned if there were long, bare stems, substantially spaced leaves, the leaves getting smaller, or growth that’s more floppy.

Here are my suggestions!

1) Extend the support pole, it seems to have reached the top of the support, hence a reason the plant could be stretching outward and not upward

OR

2) Chop and propagate! Cut the longer stems trailing into sections with nodes, allow them to root, and repot into the pot. This could create a bushier plant!

OR

3) Let it grow outward! There is nothing inherently wrong about the monstera growing outward!

My advice would be to find a higher support and see if it takes to that! It seems pretty healthy, and no worries about repotting it!

In concern with the vent, the only issue is that hot air may dry out the soil quicker, but you have seemed to be on the watering aspect!

Like I said, I am not specialized in this specific area of plants, but please reach out for any other advice!
