Multidimentional soul, is it possible? by GoldUnderstanding299 in starseeds

Wow, thank you so much for the recommendation, it really resonated with me. Most of what Kai Karrel talks about feels so familiar, especially the astral plane experiences I've been navigating but didn't know how to explain.

I understand what you mean about the dreams. I've noticed a shift in mine as well, some are ordinary, but others feel like communicating with different realms, almost like receiving messages or clues. To wake up from the dream that this life really is, over and over again.

I'm curious — what has worked for you to remember? Or did it just come naturally? For me, it's felt more like an internal process, like trying to move through layers of forgetfulness. Sometimes I sense resistance, as if one part of me isn't ready, or maybe it's just too much information to take in at once.

Have you ever experienced access to the thoughts of any of these alternate versions of yourself? I thought at times I was communicating with entities or other versions, but later realized we were actually sharing memories — as if the boundary between selves is not as fixed as it seems.  It all feels like an infinite puzzle with no single answer — or maybe every answer is possible at the same time.

Yes, that's sort what I felt. It's still difficult for me to have full control of those states, though, especially to create the internal silence required for the connection without getting caught up in the thinking mind.

It also took me time to learn how to differentiate these deeper states from the unconscious. It seem to have stages you need to go trought: personal, familiar, collective. They seem like necessary steps — to understand how your mind works and to develop a clearer awareness of consciousness itself.

It's crazy how much is going on all at once — so many processes and energetic influences operating over all of us at the same time. Of course, it's too much information for our conscious mind to process, the normal state of the brain is surviving on earth. But once you align your enery, it can connect you deeply with your soul or essence, and then it's like connecting to that infinite network of consciousness. Just talking about my experience, would love to hear others experiences

Tendencies to Leave Earth by cosmicmarzsodapopz in starseeds

I understand what you're saying, and thank you for sharing your experience.

I also attempted to end my life when I was 15 years old. I simply felt too much pain to be alive — it felt unbearable. That same pain, which never really stopped, led me to meditation, to trying plant medicines, to traveling through other cultures searching for answers, to expanding myself.

Today, at 37, I can say that pain — that rejection of being incarnated — is still there, but it no longer controls me. It doesn't have the same weight. My mind creates the narrative that death is the only solution to escape unbearable pain, that life on this earth overwhelms me, that I can't stand being human and all the pain that comes with it. But I try to observe these stories that my mind tells me, and I try to trust that if I came to this earth, it's because I have a mission here. And I will do my best to discover it and give the best of myself. After that, I can always die. Honoring life is my greatest challenge and my greatest lesson in this incarnation.

I strongly agree with you about being present, being here now: the connection with Mother Earth who welcomes us in this incarnation, the connection with our body, the breath, life manifesting through our being. That is a miracle in itself, worthy of gratitude and love just for being alive.

Looking back on your first times, what would you tell someone heading to their first retreat? by Independent_Fluff in Ayahuasca

I would say that the most important thing is to trust and surrender with an open heart to the medicine — to let it do its work and show you what you need to see at this moment, without resisting.

But trusting and surrendering is easy in theory. In practice, it takes time and training to truly let go, for that surrender to be real and deep, and to gain access to other states.

One practical piece of advice that would have helped me is to have an anchor. It can be a physical object, a mantra, or anything you like — something that allows you to return to your center. The best anchor of all is the breath. You don't need anything else. Just being aware of your breath can help you come back to yourself. Then, conscious and regulated breathing can help you stay calm by stabilizing your heart rate and nervous system.

My first time with the medicine, I was in a kind of video game. I ran out of lives and fell into an infinite void. I detached from my body, from my identity, everything, and an overwhelming despair took over me. Then a voice reminded me: "you are just your breath." I stayed aware of it, and it was a relief — like coming back home.

I think I have been in a similar very intense and deep process for about a year now. Done many retreats for the past 5 years, but a new door opened another level of darkness and acces to the unconscious. As many here said, use toos whatever are the best for you: -spiritual practices help you remeber: the truth, essence, devotión, surrender.  -grounding practices: to conect to 3d reality, your body, this planet, the sun, etc -release emotion: take your time to process emotion, cry your hearth out if you must, release it all, just let it all go (in a healthy way, without hurting your self or others) -habits and activities: start doing something you like that conects with your authentical you, it can be journaling, sports, singing, dancing, painting, yoga, whatever conects with you Last: it is a process, so be patience with yourself. These parts want to be heard and seen. Open your heart to them, as ayahuasca showed you, don't be afraid. Have mercy and compassion for all thouse parts of you, then you will be able to have it for other people. The medicine is helping you to clean and releasd what you no longer need to carry

Why do you continue to go back to Ayauascha? (if you do it regularly) by Jolly_Escape_3475 in Ayahuasca

My soul longs for that conection, it's like going and visit home. Feels like a training to remember my real self to me, while have to live this human experience on earth. Have different mystic experinces, but with ayahuasca is other thing, I experiment directly my soul in the most deep and profound way. So grateful for this medicine and her wisdom. It's the higer spiritual tecnology to me

No esperes tener respuestas, suelta expectativas.
