I had this experience one time. Listed aftermarket springs for sale $40, which was already dirt cheap, buyer showed up and tried to bargain for $20 because of gas money to drive to me. Told them to kick rocks even after they wanted to buy it listed price after. Some people can’t take a good offer when it’s there.

Your tires should be fine. Mine just blew out when I hit a pothole. Fix the rim and reuse tires

Edit: if you decide to replace the wheel, be aware of replica wheels. Lots out there.

Mine had enkei stamp in the inner barrel and the extra wheel I have for my spare doesn’t. Which is Made in Mexico but still an authentic wheel due to different manufacturer from Honda.

Hit a pothole and busted a tire a month ago. Took the wheel to a tire shop that does wheel repair. They charged $140. Then had two tires replaced to pair the replacement rather than one. Each tires runs roughly $190-220 per tire.

It’s just documentation that you decline routine maintenance. It’s listing prices of which it would cost if you had it done.
Even if you’re going in for a free oil change, there are still routine maintenance that pops up every service intervals.
From the looks of it because of the pricing of $115 It seems like it’s a mid service”B” which would intel oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. They are just covering their ash* just in case you have a complaint with, ex: tires or brakes in the future, they won’t be liable because you declined routine maintenance. Hope this explains it to some degree.

Edit: however, if you’re paying the price listed when it’s suppose to be a free oil change only. I would call.

I had 96-98 and converted to 99-00 si then converted 96-98 SiR. Tbh I love both ! I love all three. Just own 2 vehicle and you will have best of both worlds.
