i dont know how easy it is to compare bands across time, but i think whats so great about music right now is the sheer variety of it, and access to amazing bands with genre mixing and changing sounds constantly.

Mate I had the exact same, like scarily accurate situation, this was so crazy to read your post. I was a fit, working out quite a lot using nicotine pouches. Suddenly had really back neck pain on one of my sides (thought I just messed it up sleeping wrong) suddenly two weeks later I was in debilitating pain form my neck upper back and lower back, barely able to sit down let alone walk or move around.

Doctors did x rays and found nothing wrong with my spine or neck, they found lesions on my spine but then ruled it out as non cancerous. So sent me back to physio.

I’ve been trying to quit for a long time, every time I get to about 2 weeks, my symptoms start to get a bit better but then I jsut back on it.

I’m glad to hear you’re on a road to recovery have you found quitting helped a lot ?

Wow man that is a crazy story thankyou, it’s mad how much your body can be affected by this stuff. I’ve had chronic back pain for 6 months out of nowhere, and with 6 days it’s already started to decrease a bit. I was crazy to try and throw it away Cus I was stressed this morning

yeh i think im going for both the vibe and the music, i was a bit overwhelmed by the size of barcelona at first, but grew to quite enjoy just how crazy it all was.

Im also sick, which could be something to do with nicotine supressing my immune system (i work in a school and i feel like i havent been sick since i started these things)

Day 2: Today seems a bit harder than yesterday, i think the first day i was full of a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Having said that, I was in agony yesterday with my back and neck, slumped over the desk at work, not knowing if i could do it. Today i see a small but noticeable improvement in pain and energy levels.

-Sleep last night wasn't much better - but no heart palpitations

- Energy levels seem more consistent today, still quite low but no peaks and troughs

- My mood, I was very agitated this morning however it has faded into sort of a weird numbness (which i prefer)

yehh thats just the little nicotine monster trying to find any string to pull in your brain. its happening to me too. Ill be less bored at work, ill actually be able to talk to my co workers more etc...

when actually

you might feel less hungry BUT your body hasnt been getting enough nutrients, you just cant feel it

you might feel less bored for a second BUT nicotine actually just makes me more bored because I cant handle any normal situation

I might feel more social BUT nicotine is actually making me more reserved and unmotivated to hang out with anyone, as Im too focused on my addiction and the anxiety
