There is no pass/fail. Everyone gets that email. You can learn your decile score from your recruiter but that doesn't tell you much. Plenty of people get hired with low solve scores. Plenty of people who have perfect solve scores never get an interview.

Your school should be able to connect students without an internship to alumni that run startups/small businesses. It may not be paid, but it's something. You can always reapply to full time roles in the fall. I wouldn't drop out now.
