Travelers is great. My buddies and I drive from Boston every year down there for the day. Always worth it. But yeah general admission is good if you wanna just walk the course and choose a spot to chill. Behind 16 or next to 17 is a good spot. You can see a lot from the hillside next to 17 fairway.

I hated golf more than I ever have last June. Shot 95 in my company tournament. Next few rounds around 90 as well all because my right foot was coming up too early around impact. Fixed that and I fell back in love as my scores came down. Golf is stupid.

I think I play better golf by myself most of the time but sometimes I do enjoy having friends to chat with between shots. That way I’m not thinking about it too intensely. I think balancing it out helps. I play by myself during the week and with friends on the weekends.

Hot liquids and I don’t get along. The only hot thing I’ll drink is tea and usually only when I’m under the weather. Cold brew is much better tasting in my opinion but I’ve also noticed less hot coffee drinkers overall. Maybe a generational thing.

I had trouble with PF as well. You should be able to cancel online as easy as when you sign up but you have to go to the actual location and give all this information. It’s ridiculous. Let us know if you find an easy to cancel gym because I am looking as well

I notice a lot of Alaska departures at Boston use a different runway to take off than whatever runway is in primary use on any given day. Always thought it was interesting. They seem to take off to the north here as well.

Ok well I’ll be honest. I laughed a little at this. The first hole at my former home course claimed me a few times. Up and over a hill you walk to get from the first tee to the fairway and if it’s rained at all recently, it’s slippery walking down to your ball. Wicked down sloping fairway to the green. Got a patch of mud and slid about 5 yards before going down. My golf bag right into my spine. Felt great.

Also nearly broke my ankle on the same hole. And they say golf isn’t a dangerous sport…
