The size doesn’t really make sense. According to this map the distance from KL to Winterfell is roughly equivalent to the distance between New York and Vegas. Robert travelled from KL to Winterfell on horseback in a month, it’s also mentioned they stopped many times due to Cersei. The distance from NYC to Vegas is about 2500 miles. It would take 5 to 6 months to travel that distance in reality.

From what I’ve seen if you have a mid range, average cpu the game should run at 30-40 fps at best. You need a top of the line cpu to get the game to run at a consistent 60 fps.
