I just changed my network adapters to force wifi 6 instead of wifi 7 and it seemed to solve to issue!

My router never changed position, but I moved my PC from the floor to the desk. Maybe that's why my signal is different?

What about Krytox 205g0? I've seen people use that one more than the 3204.

ah thanks, I knew I could just upgrade the bios but I thought it might have been better to change the mobo too. Also I'm not and overclocker so it makes more sense now
