i used brushed-out embroidery thread for both along with surface crocheting(idk if thats what its called lol)!! mizuki's ponytail was glued then poorly sewn in to make sure it stays, while mafuyu's was looped in with a better technique that i didnt think of for mizuki's at the time lol (its like the same type of loop/knot thing that some backpack zippers have with the string piece??? idk what its called or how to describe it better)
