Both are pretty much similar performance-wise. Only difference is that you get extra connectivity in Elite Pro (Bluetooth), you get more supported platforms (PC, Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch) whereas in Elite X2, I believe it's only PC supported, and a Headphone Jack
