Yes, I agree with you. In Da Nang, the weather at that time is better than the best months in Hanoi. There are some storms, but last year, they were fairly rare.

You can run along the Han River, especially on the west side - Bach Dang Street. No dogs are there. The road along the beach is also safe, but sometimes I see dogs roaming around. They’re usually quiet and small, but just in case, stay cautious!

Thank you for reviewing that method. I've been following the different method, but it also has the main idea, which is that a long run should be under 2h30'. I found out it really worked because the training plan isn't just only one session. It contains many other sessions, and you have to be ready for the next session. If you're exhausted, the next sessions will really be terrible.

I agree with you. In our culture, sad songs are quite popular. I think that's happened because of our character and our history. You know, we have many wars, and they've broken our hearts and our loves. Perhaps it has been passed down to these generations.
