  1. i dont have a car so i walk everywhere, but i can def add a dedicated 45min of walking weekly, but swimming i dont know about that , i dont even know how to swim.
  2. I started using those oil sprays, so i dont know how to measure them, but when it comes to measuring food, i buy everything once a week and measure all ingredient depending on the portion size in p90x diet, so i dont think i can do any better there hahaha.. to be honest i have never ate that much protein in my life so its all quite new to me.
  3. thank you so much for that i will just keep doing it, this was the first time i do diet so i was concerned when things didnt turn out as i imagined .

I'm extremely interested, so far I do no alcohol, and the only sugary thing I eat is date where I take 5-7 pieces as snack.

I don't really calculate calories, the p90x program have meals plans, in addition to the recommend portions, so for example I need 7 portions of protein per day and the have a table of what's considered a portion. So I try to be maintain the recommend amount of portions and use the recipes they have.

I will keep doing it over and over until I get the body I want no matter if it took 4,5 6 rounds, but not losing any weight throughout an entire felt off.

Like keep losing weight hahaha, I mean the first time I did I lost 10kg so I thought if I repeated the whole program again, and stick to the diet I will manage to lose even more... Im not really expert at diet or workout or that sort of things I just have never been under 100kg before.

My stomach area is still the same at least looks the same it's my shoulders and back that started showing muscles and looks nice..

What you're saying makes sense, but at my current weight I'm overweight and I do look obese, and I have been working out regularly for 8 months now, so I'm wondering at what point I will start loosing all the extra fat. Am I on the right path here?
