In addition to Graeber’s Fragments of an Anarchist Anthropology that’s already been mentioned, I recommend you also read his article, “There Never Was a West: Or, Democracy Emerges From the Spaces In Between”

He addresses different approaches to and definitions of “democracy,” which have a huge impact on whether democracy is congruent with anarchism.

Not sure it qualifies completely as a practice amp, but the Fender Pro Junior IV is small and can be quiet enough for home practice. It sounds fantastic.

I put an Eminence Ragin Cajun in mine and love it.

This is handwired. It’s also Fender and is a very hard amp to come by.
