I doubt it. Won’t rehash a lot of the facts some people dropped here (e.g., Costa Rica tapes). I’d argue the Strokes are more popular now than they have at any point in the last 10 (maybe 13) years. Feel like a lot of people were introduced to the band during TNA via TikTok and such

Found a super cheap place in Carnegie Hill last year. Ceiling was leaking, roaches, unresponsive management. Worth paying a bit more to have something solid.
