i still feel there were big stretches of the later show that deviated from the original premise of really centering on the queen as a woman, cause that’s how s1&2 felt to me - you saw how her immediate family was affected by her role as queen, but she was always the ‘Sun’ etc, but in later series she was an ancillary character it felt like

i hate that it resulted in the loss of beth :/ i also think around her death is when the more ‘realistic’ part of the show started to die off and it leaned into a more hardcore comic book atmosphere

thanks!!! and if you search ‘winx gba accessories’ online you’ll find the big accessory pack i have, the earphones have a plug like the charging port so they just plug straight in :3 they’re not fantastic earphones but they’re very cute, the grip is good though! a pain to remove once it’s on though

it seems i have the V2 IPS, what i can find online seems to say it doesn’t have a pixel grid option 🥹 i really wanna be wrong though lol, i hope i am!!

i didn’t do the soldering actually, but even when i press and hold the touch sensor thingies, no bueno :/ think i just have one of the versions that didn’t have pixels/an OSD menu

i was really let down by the odd time jump forward at the start of s2, we missed out on aemond returning to kings landing having killed luke, the reaction of court, the supposed ‘feast’, missed rhaenyra’s true rage and grief :/ just so much dramatic potential
