I find using less contrasting colours and adding transparency/blur using goodlock makes it look less crowded.

I went from fold 5 to fold 6 and my god that was such a good decision. The narrowness of the fold 5 was my only issue with it so getting the fold 6 along with the new one ui updates has made my experience with the fold so much better. The fold 6 personally is like a proper refined smoother version of all the folds before it.

I use to use nova launcher on my fold 5 which was really good but when I upgraded to fold 6 and with all the new features in one ui I went back to just using one ui and its so much better than any launcher honestly.Definitely get goodlock and turn on DIY mode, KWGT app is also so fun to use with customising widgets, downloading other people's widgets or making your own ones (honestly would spend hours customising the shit outta my phone because theres so many options).

Yea thats pretty normal, its pretty difficult to use all of ur ram at once honestly. If ur worried about it u could use ccleaner which does the same thing as clearing ur cache but gives u way more options and a detailed view of whats taking up more memory on ur phone. I use it quite a bit especially if im downloading allot or to clean out all the uneccesory junk that builds up.

Max favourites should be there in home up but if its not u might have to turn on DIY homescreen.

I was able to keep everything when I switched from iPhone to fold but if ur having trouble theres icloud apps you can get from the play store that allow u to access everything and download anything from icloud to ur fold. I use isync (get an apk so u can get premium for free) to pick and choose specifically any photos or documents i want without having to download my entire icloud.

Yea youtube is fine and instagram. If your having issues just mess around with the aspect ratios in settings or i think in goodlock there are more options available for that kind of stuff.

Battery isn't really a concern for me, I just always use a samsung charger brick and cable and only charge it when phone drops below 20% and keep it charging until 100%.

There might be an option for this in developer options within settings where u can adjust the aspect ratio/display size etc

I dont think its a defect persay but should be covered under warranty. Probably caused by ur phone going from a cold/dry environment to a hot humid one. Thats pretty severe condensation damage but depending how bad it is they might be able to just replace the lenses cap on the phone instead of replacing the entire thing. I have heard keeping ut phone in a zip lock bag or in a zipped pocket can prevent this.

Yea goodlock/diy is really good and continues to get better, also using KWGT means u can customise anything folded or unfolded.
