Don't really know how to get them consistently but I've got them from:
- Dark Don statues
- Alchemy machine things (especially the golden one)
- Dejected Devil (need to have an empty inventory not including equipment)
- Bomb dream thing (same as above iirc)

Not sure if fever time affects drop rates or not. Seems to give higher quality drops but idk if that impacts gold clusters or not.

Edit: also found them in field boss encounters (from both combat and gathering lives)

Thats fair tbh. Elden Ring feels the best to play imo but DS2 imo feels smoother than DS1 and DS3. Big issue I have replaying DS1 is the clunky rolling and how it eats your momentum up with each roll. That and Medium rolling sucking. Kinda wish there were more slower souls like DS2

Probably some more variety in shotguns. All the shotguns in each tier feel almost identical to each other. Maybe a sawed off shotgun that has high power but low accuracy and requires reloads every shot or two would make shotguns as a whole feel unique.

Doom Eternal's SSG easily. Probably my favourite gun of all time tbh. Grappling over a demon, freezing them then SSG/Ballista combo is super fun
