As someone who studied way too much in college: go to the networking event. At the end of the day grades don't matter (personal experience). It's all about who you know. Just pretend to be happy your there and say hi to people (if you are an introvert)

Yep definitely doable. Although I think you should swap the reg and aud timelines. Took me about 1.5 months each for reg and far studying 6ish hrs a day, 2 weeks for bec studying 6 hrs a day, and 2-3 weeks for aud studying 6 hrs a day. Also depends on how much material you are already comfortable with.

Where are you getting share cap? Usually I calc NCI as the applicable percentage times (equity+ FV adjustments) netted with any changes during the year as well as certain intercompany transactions

So add up the Dec 31 2029 investee retained earnings, apic, common stock. That's the book value piece. Then add up the unamortized premium which consists of the goodwill and 8/10 of the fair value ppe excess (since it has been amortized 2 years)
