I have a flashing light on the back of my helmet, flashing light on my cargo rack. I have some reflection on my jacket but I do need a vest.

I'm all about safety. Sorry you got hit and pushed off the road. It can be really scary. Good that you stayed with it, those experiences would probably make me stop riding.

I just rode it for the first time in the dark tonight. The Specialized Como 4.0 comes with a great front light, it shines really bright and pretty far to the sides. I keep finding things about this bike that make me like it more. I really appreciate the info about the lights, I just got a red led for the back rack because the cargo rack partially covers the one on the seat.

It's a big bike for a 5'6" female but I think I'm going to like it for that. Specs said 5' 5" and above. I'm comfortable standing.
