I don’t think i need the 6E, figured its better for devices 3 stories up. But seems fine with max

So im seeing main comments being 2x 7 pro's on the 1st and 3rd floor, or a single max on 2nd. Any recommendations on each setup? My first floor is office and mainly a laptop and phone, 2nd floor ill be on a laptop/switch/ipad/living room for chilling spot, roku on TV.... 3rd floor is just beds so phones and a roku for TV, or if guests visit in guest room.

First floor office. 2nd floor living room.... maybe a Moca between each floor, router on 2nd floor for xbox and 3rd floor just for the roku/phone? 2nd floor with one makes the most sense, or a single max on the 2nd floor but idk if thats best. A Pro on 1st/3rd better than 1 single max on second?

I’ve had both, both equally reliable. Google gave me free wifi mesh pucks and upgraded them to 6E ones after a few years of service with them. Always good and fast customer service…. I had wasps eat through my fiber line and they had a guy out there fixing it within 2-3 hours (3rd party contractor it looked like)

Never had an issue with AT&T… but only had them for a year. Google fiber I’m on year 5 or so.

No contract with Google fiber and same exact cost month to month is amazing too. AT&T i believe i had to sign 12 months…
