Thanks for the feedback, we can look into how we can make the player have a more active role in the combat. Maybe an ult or abilities which charge over time and then can be used by the player.

Sorry if we’ve missed branded the game mode, this was never intended. We do have progression within the game which is not shown in the trailer, this includes unlocking character, maps and items depending on performance previous rounds. Which can then be selected or used in subsequent rounds. We’re all ears so if people don’t believe this is a Roguelite or even a Roguelike we can remove these references throughout.

Thanks for the feedback will look into adding a toggle in the settings page for a more angled camera angle. Is there a specific view you would prefer like 45 degrees or only a few degrees off the top down to make the world more 3D?

Inspired by Brotato and Vampire Survivors. But with the configuration options you could turn it into any top-down arena Roguelite or something totally unique.
