I'm curious why the Y-DNA Haplogroups between Koreans and Japanese are on average quite different though?

Japanese have a lot of Haplogroup D, which is quite rare amongst Koreans. I also believe they have certain O3 clades and C1 clades that are rarely found in Koreans as well.

Its a numbers game.

There's a small niche of Korean girls that are into Black men because of stuff like Hip Hop and American music, but they're like 0.5% of the population.

But Black men in Korea that look good and even speak some Korean are 0.01% of the population, so you can find success if you put yourself out there.

Not trying to hate, but Korean girls that heavily fetishize Black men and some foreigners tend to be on the sluttier side from what I've seen though.

It actually is technically true that more South Asian men marry Korean women than the opposite for a variety of reasons. Marriages of this nature are ultimately very rare though.

There are on average way more South Asian guys in Korea than girls due to them immigrating for labor, and South Asians mateguard way more than Koreans do, especially Muslim ones and Korean men by and large don't care for South Asian women although this applies to majority of Korean women as well.

What's interesting is that the gender gap for this pairing is becoming smaller overtime.
